Lake is located 18 km northeast of Port
Renfrew on the Harris Creek Main logging road.
Access to the lake from Port Renfrew is via Harris Creek Main logging
road to Shawnigan Lake.
Lizard lake is filled with newts (salamanders), hence the origin
of its name. Nearby Fairy Lake, however, is not filled with fairies!
