Kennedy Lake

Kennedy Lake is located 13 km north of Ucluelet and 70 km southwest of Port Alberni. This large lake is adjacent to Highway 4.

Access from Ucluelet to the remote and scenic Clayoquot Arm is via West Main Road, off Highway 4, just after the Tofino-Ucluelet junction.

: Cutthroat Trout in the nutrient-poor Kennedy Lake feed almost exclusively on the abundant three-spined stickleback. Anglers should fish the pondweed beds, which provide ideal cover for the stickleback. Wind Caution for boaters on this large lake.

Good camping spots can be found on the Clayoquot Arm of Kennedy Lake.
