Fairmont Hot Springs Ski Resort is located on Highway 93/95, 20 miles (32 km) south of Invermere and 32 miles (50 km) north of Kimberley in the BC Rockies. Fairmont is 1-3/4 hours north of the Canada/USA border and 3 hours west of Calgary, Alberta.

Adjacent to the resort, Fairmont Hot Springs Airport (CYCZ) provides a 6,000-foot x 100 asphalt airport facility that welcomes private and charter aircraft up to and including Boeing 737s.
