Hot Springs Resort is located at the foot of the spectacular Rocky Mountains in
the British Columbia Rockies, at the headwaters of the mighty Columbia River.
The ski lodge is warm and cozy, the lounge has the best view in the world,
the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is great, and best of all, Fairmont skiers
and hotel guests get to relax and swim in Canada’s largest hot mineral pools at
night after a long day of skiing. Fairmont Hot Springs Ski Resort is
located on Highway 93/95, 20 miles (32 km) south of Invermere and 32 miles (50
km) north of Kimberley in the BC Rockies. Fairmont is 1-3/4 hours north of the
Canada/USA border and 3 hours west of Calgary, Alberta. Adjacent to the
resort, Fairmont Hot Springs Airport (CYCZ) provides a 6,000-foot x 100 asphalt
airport facility that welcomes private and charter aircraft up to and including
Boeing 737s. |
