Lois Lake is
located 18 km due east of Powell
River on the Sunshine
The lake is one of 8 lakes that make up the Powell
Forest Canoe Route, and is the start of the route.
Access to the lake by road is 37 km (southern end) via Stillwater
Main, off Highway 101 at Lang
Found: Cutthroat Trout, Kokanee Salmon
Best Fishing: April to July, September to October. The carpenter
ant hatch in May produces great fishing.
Facilities: Boat Launch, Campsite (SE shore)
Nearest Lake: Khartoum Lake
Nearest Parks: Palm Beach Regional Park
Saltery Bay Provincial Park.

Lois Lake contains numerous submerged stumps and snags.
