Fresh Start organizes retreats on the oceanfront of beautiful Vancouver Island, and is a place where people come to seriously improve their health. The center offers 5, 10, and 14-day all-inclusive programs that focus on advanced whole-body detoxification, weight loss, and rejuvenation, combined with daily health lectures, exercise classes, and emotional wellness workshops. Fresh Start is located in Oyster Bay, just south of Campbell River near Saratoga Beach.
